We have awesome news: we have been asked as the support act for Protest the Hero in De Kelder, Amersfoort(NL), on the 20th of August. This is quite an honour for us, since we think this is one of the best experimental bands out there at the moment.

Season's Over
Hey Kids,
Last weekend we've played our last show of the season in Germany. We're going to take it easy for a while, at least when it comes to playing live shows. We've been writing a lot of new material in the past half year, and we hope to have some new songs done before September (when we want to tour again). "A lot of new material, you say? Is there a full length coming?" Definitely! At least, that's the idea. But we're still in the process of writing, so it might take a while before we can hit the studio.
As you may have noticed, this season we've taken our first international steps (Germany), played the Melkweg for the second time, and met a lot of interesting bands and people throughout the different tours we've been on. We've got big plans that should begin to take form in the near future, and we hope to involve all of you.

An update from the band-lair
Dear all,
It’s time for some updates! We know, it’s been a little quiet around here, but that’s all because we’re busy scheming in our band-lair!
First off, we’ve got new merch! We’ve printed a fresh load of Bitchshifters, so those are ready to go. Furthermore, we’ve got new t-shirts with all-new artwork! Check out these pictures of the guys tees with two different designs, and the new girlies which Freek, Timmi en Thomas took the liberty to show off with their godlike-postures. They’ll probably look good on female-forms too..
Show-wise, we’ve got some exciting times ahead. The 26th we’ll be opening for Senses Fail at the Melkweg!! If you’re in the neighborhood, be sure to drop by! That day only we’ll offer the combo of the corntendon EP+Bitchshifter for € 6,- !
Also, there are lots of fun shows coming up. For instance, we’ve got some shows abroad (Germany hurray!) and a nice little get together with our new friends N3rSe and Among This All at Simplon (Groningen) on the 21st of may.
Last but not least: we’re going to keep you guys updated every other week from now on, letting you in on the exciting scoops of the JiD-domain! Right now we are working on new material, with a full length in mind. Working titles for new songs are “Respect My Shotgun”, “Hos For Charity”, “Crickets vs New York-traffic” and “Alien Seahorse”. At the moment, the idea is to –unlike the titles– create coherence among the lyrics, making it a concept album. Perhaps more on that later.

We don’t know about you, but we’re pretty excited! We cannot provide any additional information at this moment, but as soon as we have any info we’ll let you know! One thing we can tell you: we’ll be playing some of our new material we've been working on these couple of months.
